This is my mom's tasty taco casserole recipe. It's easy and tasty!
Brown beef and onions; add taco mix and chili and heat. Then, In a 1 1/2 qt. pan (I use a loaf pan) layer half the chips, half the cheese. Add the meat mix then top with the rest of the chips then cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Stale chips work the best, but fresh ones are also acceptable!
