Preheat oven to 350 . Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Cut biscuits into quarters, roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Layer in a buttered bundt pan. Pour remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture into an 8 ounce cup, adding 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in to cup to fill cup. Melt margarine stir in sugar/cinnamon mixture and spoon over top of biscuits. Bake 30 mintues.
