Preheat oven 400°
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and white sugar until blended.
Remove biscuits and cut into quarters. Drop biscuit pieces into sugar mixture and coat thoroughly. Put 8 pieces into each muffin cup.
Place butter, brown sugar and 1 tablesooon cinnamon in microwave to melt. Stir to blend and drizzle over each muffin cup.
Bake in preheated oven until the tops are brown and crispy, approximately 15 mins.
