Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts and raisins together in a ziplock bag. Place roll dough in bag and shake until coated. Place coated rolls into a greased bundt pan. Pour some of the brown sugar mixture over the roll dough. Add regular sugar to ziplock bag and mix. Melt butter in sugar mixture and pour over roll dough. (May want to save some of this to pour over in the morning before baking)
Set in a warm place to rise overnight. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
