Cut biscuits in half, put sugar and cinnamon mix in a 1 gallon ziplock baggie put a few pieces pieces in at time and shake cover all sides, then place in a buttered bundt pan.
Melt carmel ingredients in a sauce pan on medium heat. Cook for 1 minute after it starts to boil.
Pour carmel over biscuits.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Take out of oven and let sit for 3 minutes then turn over on pizza pan and serve.
