I refined this recipe to be quick and easy, when i was working two jobs.
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the ingredients in mixing bowl. Place in oven safe glass pan. shape into a loaf. Put more bbq sauce or ketchup on top of the loaf. Bake for 45 min to 1 hour.
