Original opskrift for julens Vørtebrød, med bagning i alm. (varmlufts) ovn
-Add ALL ingredients, EXCEPT Raisins, into mixer bowl and mix with kneading sticks until mixed.
-Leave to rise for 1 hour in the mixer
-Add 160g raisins into the mix and knead again
-Pour bread mix into the big round Pyrex dish or Silicon bread form
ALT: Pour bread mix out onto a baking tray (with baking paper) and split into two (2) forms
-Leave to rise for 50 minutes
-Pre-heat oven to 180C Fan
-Once oven is heated, paint the tops of the breads with an egg white wash
-Bake for 30 minutes at the bottom of the oven
-When baking is finished, remove bread(s) from oven and leave to cool on a cooling rack
