Great sauce, multiple layers of flavor. Just add chunks of meat or chicken or fish.
Brown onions in evoo. Add garlic and carrots. Add stock,honey and spices. Add tomatoes, dates and prunes.
Brown beef and add.
Cook on high in crick pot for 6-8 hours.
Can also cook for 1 hour on stove if just making sauce and adding fish.
