Succulent and oh so tender lamb shanks with a moroccan twist
Splash some olive oil in a baking tray, add the lamb shanks, and brown them over a mdium to high heat on the stove top.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a large jug. Pour vover the lamb shanks in a baking tray.
Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 160C and bake for three hours.
Serve with Couscous, or a potato and sweet potato mash.
