Fry chopped onion in oil, add garlic & cook till soft.
Add chopped vegetables as available.
Add tin of chopped tomatos & about 1l veg/chicken stock.
Cook for around 20 mins.
Add some short pasta, frozen peas, chopped salami (or similar), herbs (mixed) & pesto.
Cook for another 15-20 mins.
