Suggest a better descriptionCombine butter, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan and stir well over moderate heat. Add lemon juice, zest and egg yolks, stir well. Add milk and cook about 15 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Let cool. Fold in sour cream and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate pie for 2 hours. For the meringue, beat egg whites until soft peaks form, add cream of tartar and sugar and beat again. Spread meringue on pie and brown under broiler. Watch carefully.
