Combine Condensed milk, vanilla, and salt in bowl.
Add Powdered Sugar 1 cup at a time and stir with a wooden spoon until fully mixed.
Add Coconut and stir until combined.
Pour mixture into the baking pan and press it into an even layer. Then press the almonds into the mixture in even rows. Chill candy in fridg until firm, about 1 hour.
Using a Sharp knife, cut the candy into small rectangles.
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave stir every min til melted.
Dip the bars into the chocolate, covering completely, and Place them on the sheet.
Fridgerate candy for 30 min or until the Chocolate has set.
Store in a airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to a week.
