**We usually just bake chicken and serve with the rice & broccoli mixture but here are the full directions**
Heat oil in a large skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken. Cook 5 min on each side or until cooked thoroughly. Remove and cover chicken.
Add soup and milk to skillet. Mix and boil. Stir in broccoli and rice then top with chicken. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Let stand for 5 min before serving.
