Suggest a better descriptionTake one room temp wrap and brush it with water. Make sure it is just slightly wet. Lay flat in front of you like a diamond and place the cheese stick in the middle. Roll side to side tightly. Add a few drops of water if needed to help it stick together. Carefully fold over the right and left corner to close the wrap. Heat one tablespoon extra virgin olive oil in a pan over medium low heat. Add a few cheese sticks at a time and roll sticks around for about 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
