Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 400. Line large baking sheet with Parchment or Silpat sheets
2. Heat 4 tbsp olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Allow oil to simmer (you want it hot) while you prepare the meatballs.
3. In a large bowl combine ground turkey or beef, half of minced garlic, egg, cheese, parsley, italian seasoning, salt pepper and Planko ( Or parmesan). Slowly add the water a few tbsp at a time. Mixture should be very moist but still hold its shape when rolled into a meatball.
4. Scoop one tbsp of meat into small ball. Press piece of cheese in the centre. Then cover with a bit more meat, roll to seal the cheese. Repeat with all cheese and meat.
5. Fry meatballs in batches in hot oil 2 minutes per side.
6. Place semi cooked meatballs on prepared baking sheet. Once all meatballs have been pan fried, place baking sheet in oven for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
7. While meatballs bake make marinara
8. Add remaining oil to same pan meatballs were in, then add remaining garlic, saute one minute or until golden brown and fragrant. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar and pepper flakes. MIx well to combine, simmer for 9 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
9. When meatballs are done cooking, add them to the sauce, stir to coat and serve.
