Or tacotilla casserole as we like to call it. We love the flavor of corn tortillas soft and warm from the oven, so i put this recipe together so that the tortillas are enjoyed in almost every bite.
Preheat oven to 350
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain.
Return to skillet and add the taco seasoning mix per package directions.
Stir in the beans, olives (all but about 12), clilies, salsa, onion, jalapenos, salt, and half of the tortilla pieces.
Spray an 8" x 11" baking dish with non-stick spray
Spread the remaining tortilla pieces over the bottom
Spoon the meat mixture over the tortillas
Top with the cheese and arrange remaining olive slices in rows on top of cheese
Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes
