Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl or cup, combine the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Trim the fat from the steak and sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the steak, pressing it evenly into the entire surface (all sides) of the meat. Preheat the barbecue grill to medium-high and grill the meat for 20-30 minutes for rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Let stand for 10 minutes before carving. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, combine the beans and salsa; mix until blended. Slice the steak across the grain and arrange the slices on a serving platter. Top with the salsa mixture and granish with cilantro sprigs if desired. Yield: 3-4 serving Recipe By : Heart4Hom File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmdja006.zip
