An addictive cross between coleslaw and salsa!
Toss to mix coleslaw, tomatoes, cilantro and red onion in a large bowl. Then, sprinkle lime juice and seasoning salt on top until it is moist and flavorful. Keep adding lime juice and salt to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips.
I like to make my own coleslaw with red cabbage and lots of carrots.
