Suggest a better description1. Proof yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Melt 1 cube butter
2. Mix half of the flour with the salt and sugar in mixer. Add melted butter, eggs, yeast and milk and mix.
3. Stir in rest of flour until dough feels right - soft , but not as soft as bread dough.
4. Turn out dough into large greased bowl
5. Let rise (covered) two hours.
6. Melt other cube of butter use melted butter to grease hands, roll rolls, place into greased baking dishes.
7. Let rise (covered with wet saran wrap) another 30 - 90 minutes
8. Bake at 375 until they look done, about 20 minutes.
