Mom Thompson's recipe
Brown meat in oil. Add onion and brown a bit (stir of ten).
Cook 3 cups of noodles (6 minutes)
Drain and Rinse in cold water
Mix all ingredients in large casserole dish
Just before putting in oven - put chow mein noodles on top
Bake 350 F - for 30 minutes
