Combine beef, wine, steak sauce, seasoning, and cumin - marinade overnight in frig.
Next day:
Carmalize onions in small pan (low heat for 30-60 minutes)
Fry beef mixture till no longer pink
Transfer beef to pot. In same pan with beef drippings, cook bacon. Do not drain. Cut bacon.
Cook ham with maple syrup till browned.
Combine all meat, beans, tomatoes in large pot and simmer for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
