Blend dry ingredients.Using the fingers,work in the lard until the mixture is the fine.Add cold milk to make a stiff dough.Run the dough.Run the dough through the dough through the bread brake until it starts popping and talking back to you.Takes about 30 minutes.Fold dough each time to incorporate air between layers.Finally rough out the dough 1/2-inch thick.Cut wih cutter and prick with fork all the way through-this holds flaky layers together.Bake at 350*F.for 25 minutes.Serve with country ham
