Put 1 tbs of butter into a skillet and pre-heat on medium heat. The skillet needs to be nice and hot to make this sandwich. Spread the remaining butter on each slice of bread. Once the skillet is hot, put one slice of bread, butter side down, into the pan. Place your cheese slice onto the bread, then arrange the vegetables onto the cheese. Add your last slice of bread on top. Cook the sandwich for a few minutes on one side, then flip the sandwich over and cook for 1-2 minutes on the other side.
