1. Put cereal in a bowl and set aside. In a microwavable bowl melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered for 1 minute. Microwave additional 30 seconds if still not smooth. Add vanilla.
Pour chocolate mixture over cereal until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon storage bag and add powdered sugar until it is all coated. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
