Muffin Omelet
Add oil to pan and cook onion and meat until onion is lightly brown. Whisk eggs and other ingredients together. Add shredded cheese to top of meat mixture then pour eggs mixture over that. Bake @ 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
