Suggest a better descriptionPreheat Oven to 375 degrees. Lina a 12-Cup muffin pan with paper liners.
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon flour, 1/3 cup oats, 1 tablespoon sugar, cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Stir in 1 tablespoon oil and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 1/4 cusps plus 1 teaspoon flour 2/3 cups oats, 7 tablespoons sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir in baking power and soda.
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, vanilla and eggs. Add the yogurt mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Stir in blueberries.
Divide mixture evenly among prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle evenly with reserved streusel mixture.
Bake at 375 until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, 20 to 22 minutes.
