Put some grated cheese on bottom of each
Mix a little sour cream and milk--make a well above cheese
Add an egg
Top with Seasoning--to taste (e.g. paprika, tarragon, other herbs)
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
the amounts are approximate. This can be eyeballed--don't want to thin the sour cream too much(needs enough shape to keep a well)
