Stir in bacon and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp. 3. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. 4. Blend in flour and cook for 1 minute. Remove pan from heat and gradually stir in milk and cream. Return pan to heat and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens.
