Add dried porcinci mushrooms; saute until mushrooms are brown, 8 min. Add tarragon, garlic, salt & pepper. Transfer to bowl. Add Madiera to same skillet and cook 1 min.
In lg bowl whisk eggs and milk together, add Madeira, salt and pepper.
Arrange half of bread over bottom of prepared dish. Top with mushroom mix, half of Gruyere and half of Parmesan cheese. Cover with rest of bread, drizzle egg mix over; press gently to submerge. Cover and chill for 1 to 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle remaining cheeses over bread pudding, bake uncovered until top puffs and is golden brown. 45 min
