Suggest a better descriptionSet pizza stone in cold oven; heat 15 min at 450 degrees.
Drizzle mushrooms with 1 Tbsp basting oil. Roast 15 min on baking sheet. Set aside.
Spread each naan with 1/2 cup ricotta; top each with 1 1/2 Tbsp basting oil. Season each with salt and pepper; top evenly with shredded cheese and mushrooms.
Transfer naan pizzas carefully to preheated stone (use oven mitts--stone is extremely hot). Bake 7-9 min, until edges and bottom start to brown.
Remove from oven; drizzle evenly with truffle oil.
