Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Rub garlic, salt and pepper all over chicken pieces.
fry in heated oil.
Add cream of mushroom soup and water. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
Add mushrooms and simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes.
