Simple mushroom gravy
1. Melt butter with medium-high heat. Add in onion (or shallot) and cook for ~3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add mushrooms and cook until they are brown, stirring, about 8 minutes.
3. Add flour evenly, stir to coat, cook another 3 minutes.
4. Add balsamic+stock. Whisk in. Simmer and stir until it thickens, another 5 minutes.
5. stir in italian seasoning
