Saute mushrooms and onions with butter and thyme. Make pie crust and insert into 9" pie plate, layer cheese at the bottom of the pie crust along with the mushroom mixture. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour into the pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
