2. Saute onion until soft.
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add mushrooms and thyme and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add wine ad cook for 3 minutes.
6. Sprinkle in flour, mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
7. Slowly add the chicken broth, stirring until smooth, bring to a boil.
8. Season with salt and pepper, add bouillon cubes and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
9. Reduce heat to low and add cream.
10. Adjust seasoning and stir in parsley and serve
