Vegetarian or vegan meal, easy to make and very tasty
1. Heat wine, onion and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat until onion begins to soften, about 5 minutes
2. Add the mushrooms and continue to cook for a further 2 minutes
3. Add praprika, soy sauce and mustard, stir well
4. Slowly add flour, stirring constantly until smooth paste
5. Add milk slowly, bring to boil, turn to low heat and simmer until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes
6. Add the sour cream, salt and pepper and heat thoroughly
7. Serve over pasta and baby spinach, rice or baked potatoes
Add any vegetable you like after step 1 and ensure cooked half way through
