Easy and deicious!
In skillet, heat margarine. Add mushrooms and saute until liquid is absorbed. Mash cream cheese with nutmeg, green onion, and pepper. Spoon half of the mushroom mixture on each piece of chicken. Put half the cream cheese on top, then loosely fold chicken side to the middle. Place chicken in a casserole dish, seam side down. Pour vinegar over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
