These burgers are the best
1 Season beef with pepper; divide into eight equal portions and flatten to 12.5 cm (5 inch) patties
2. Sauté mushrooms and onion in butter until tender and liquid has evaportated; stir in cheese, breadcrumbs and mustard
3. Spoon about 50 ml (1/4 cup) of the mushroom mixture over each of four patties; spread evenly to winthin 2 cm (1/2 inch) of edges; top with remaining patties and pinch edges to seal.
4. Arrange patties on a broiler pan; broil 10 cm(4 inches) from heat for 10 min, or until desired doneness; turning once
5. Server on toasted hamburger buns
