Suggest a better descriptionIn a large frying pan over medium high heat, warm olive oil. Add the mushrooms and cook stirring occasionally until they soften and begin to brown, about 7 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Add the white wine and thyme and cook stirring constantly until the white wine is fully absorbed and mushrooms are glossy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and add 2 tbsp of truffle butter and 1 tbsp of parsley and stir until the bitter melted. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
Spread the toast with remaining 2 tbsp of truffle butter dividing it equally. Top the toast with the mushrooms and remaining parsley. Sprinkle with pepper and truffle salt.
