2. Cover mushroom with butter, chopped garlic & parsley.
3. Place mushroom in oven for about 20 minutes.
4. When ready & garlicky buttery juices are oozing black, cut your roll & wipe the cut side over the pan to soak up the pungent juices.
5. Smear with Dijon mustard, top with the mushroom, squeeze with lemon juice, sprinkle some salt, add leaves, if required & eat!
