Put butter in pan with sliced onions and cook until clear. Add mushrooms in pan and sprinkle with george washington seasoning (golden if not use brown) and pepper. Then put 2-3 tbsp flour. Put lid on and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. The stir (if too thick, add water). After they make their own sauce, cook on low heat for 5-10minutes.
