Grease one 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl, beat the applesauce, oil, sugar, egg and water together for 2 minutes at medium speed.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, salt and musli together.
Add the dry ingredients to the applesauce mixture.
Beat on low until combined.
Spoon batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and spring back when touched.
Remove from pans immediately to cool.
