Suggest a better descriptionIn saucepan, melt butter, cook onions til soft. Sprinkle flour on top, stir and cook 1 minute. Increase heat to med-high. Add beef broth and water. Cook at a simmer until thickened. Turn off heat, whisk in sour cream, then mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Taste before adding salt and pepper.
Serve with beef, hamburgers, meatloaf
