Suggest a better descriptionCook tortellini according to package. Rinse under cold water. Place peas in small bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, rinse under cold water. Thread each skewer with 1 snap pea, tortellini, and tomato half. Place skewers in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour vinaigrette over skewers, turning to coat. Cover and chill 4 hrs. Transfer skewers to serving platter, discard remaining vinaigrette .
Or rather than using skewers, toss salad with 1/2 cup dressing just before serving, garnish with dill sprig
