Bring veggies to a boil over med-high heat
Darin and discard brine, set veggie aside
Boil 2 cups vinegar on med-high heat
Meanwhile
Whisk sugar, flour, mustard powder and turmeric
Whisk in 1 cup water and ½ cup vinegar
Whisk mixture into boiled vinegar
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, mixing constantly until smooth/thick
Add veggies and bring to a boil, stirring gently.
Add to hot jars
Process in water bath for 10 minutes
