Preheat oven to 425.
Place halibut skin side down in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper generously.
Combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Spoon sauce on top of fish, and bake for 10-15 minutes until barely done. The thickest part will separate easily with flaking when done. Serve with sauce from pan on top. I
