Tip: Mustard Vinaigrette can be stored in the refrigerator for months or in the cupboard for 1 to 2 weeks. Store in the cupboard to keep the olive oil liquid or remove from the refrigerator at least an hour before using , as extra-virgin olive oil solidifies when refrigerated.
Variations: add dried herbs like thyme, oregano, basil, or other favorites.
