Heat 1 tblspn of oil and fry ginger and garlic…Add in onions and cook until golden brown.
Add in tomato and mix well once…Throw this in a blender along with cashews and make a fine paste.
Heat 1 tblspn of oil in a kadai..Add cumin seeds and crackle..
Add this blender masala and cook till oil separates.
Add coriander,turmeric,chilli and garam masala powder and mix well..
Add in fresh peas and paneer and mix well..
Pour in required amount of milk & cream and bring that to boil. At last add coriander n serve
