Suggest a better descriptionIn a blender, mix crab and garlic until well blended, then add the cream cheese and sugar. Blend well.
Heat oil in a deep pan or pot to about 365 degrees. Place about a tablespoon of the crab mixture in each wonton wrapper, then fold them into a triangle, wetting along the edge with water or an egg wash.
Fry for about a minute on each side or till golden brown. Let cool and serve.
