place eggs in a medium saucepan & cover w/cold water.
cook, uncovered, over high heat, bringing water to a simmer (bubbles will just begin to rise to the surface)
simmer 15-18 minutes
drain immediately & cover w/cold water to stop them from cooking any further & make shells easier to remove
put in fridge if not going to use them right away
peel eggs and halve lengthwise
remove yolks from eggs, placing in a ziploc bag
in the ziploc, mash yolks w/ mayo
add remaining ingredients and mix well
cut tip off ziploc, and squeeze bag to fill the egg white halves w/ yolk mixture
