DAY BEFORE:
Mix together beef rump round and tomato puree.
DAY OF COOKING:
Take 5 cheeses of choice, mixed with mushroom slices. 3 boxes of noodles cooked the day before, wrapped in plastic to stay moist. Rub down pan with extra virgin olive oil and 1 layer noodles, then add sauce, cheese. Repeat layers unti all noodles are in the pan.
